Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Digital Services & Subscriptions

By purchasing a SwapDeck Pro subscription, you agree that we may begin providing the service immediately. As such, once the service has been fully performed or if you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal to access the content immediately, you may lose your right of withdrawal.

Faulty Services

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty services. If the service is not as described, fit for purpose, or of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under applicable consumer protection laws.

Data Erasure & Privacy

If you request the deletion of your account under GDPR (Right to Erasure), any active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately. Please note that data required for tax and legal compliance regarding your transaction history may be retained for the mandatory statutory period.
