We use AI-powered valuation to estimate the market value of items. The "Fairness Meter" helps you understand if a proposed trade is balanced based on these estimates.

We always recommend meeting in public places during daylight hours. Check out our Community Guidelines for more tips on how to stay safe during swaps.

Inspect items thoroughly. If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. Check the user's profile for verification badges and past ratings.

If a user ghosts you, please report them through the chat. Repeated offenses will lead to a temporary or permanent ban.

Currently, SwapDeck is designed for physical item trades. Swapping digital goods carries higher risks and is not supported by our protection tools.

You can delete your account from the Settings menu within the app. Please note that this action is irreversible.
